필수 면허: 유효한 A320/321 한정자격(T/R), ATPL, 항공 신체검사 1종
비행 시간(기장): A320/321 기종 PIC 1,000시간 이상
비행 시간(부기장): A320/321 기종 비행 500시간 이상
최근 비행(Recency): 최근 9개월 이내 해당 기종 비행 경력 필수
어학 능력: ICAO 영어 4등급 이상

Age Limit: Max 55 years old
Licenses: Valid A320/321 Type Rating, ATPL, Class 1 Medical
Flight Time (Captain): Min. 1,000 PIC hours on A320/321
Flight Time (FO): Min. 500 hours on A320/321
Recency: Must have flown the type within the last 9 months
English: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
