B737NG 형식 한정이 없는 부기장 합격자의 경우, SunExpress TRTO를 통해 훈련을 받게 됩니다. 본인이 원할 경우, 3년의 의무 복무 기간 동안 매월 급여(급여 대장)에서 분할하여 훈련 비용을 공제 및 납부할 수 있습니다.

For First Officers without a B737NG type rating, training will be arranged through the SunExpress TRTO. If preferred, candidates can pay the Type Rating fee directly from their payroll through deductions over a three-year service contract.

Pilot candidates who were unsuccessful in their previous simulator or interview stages may have the opportunity to be re-evaluated under the following conditions (limit of one re-interview opportunity per career stage):

• 신입 부기장 (Non-Type Rated):Non-Type Rated FOs: 상업용 민항 제트기 경력 1,000시간 이상 축적 후, 형식보유 경력 부기장(Type-Rated FO)으로 재지원 가능 May reapply as Type-Rated experienced FOs after obtaining min 1,000 hours of commercial jet flight time.
• 경력 부기장 (Type-Rated):Type-Rated FOs: 타 항공사에서 기장(Captain)으로 승격된 경우, 기장 직군으로 재지원 가능 May reapply as Captains after being upgraded to Captain at another airline.
• 기장 (Captains):Captains: 마지막 평가 이후 추가 기장 비행시간(PIC) 최소 2,000시간 이상 축적 후 재지원 가능 May reapply after accumulating at least 2,000 additional Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours following their last interview.
