B737NG 형식 한정이 없는 부기장 합격자의 경우, SunExpress TRTO를 통해 훈련을 받게 됩니다. 본인이 원할 경우, 3년의 의무 복무 기간 동안 매월 급여(급여 대장)에서 분할하여 훈련 비용을 공제 및 납부할 수 있습니다.

For First Officers without a B737NG type rating, training will be arranged through the SunExpress TRTO. If preferred, candidates can pay the Type Rating fee directly from their payroll through deductions over a three-year service contract.

In line with SunExpress's commitment to fairness and transparency, pilot candidates who were unsuccessful in their previous simulator or interview stages may have the opportunity to be re-evaluated under the following conditions (limit of one re-interview opportunity per career stage):

Non-Type Rated 부기장: 상업용 민항기 제트 경력을 최소 1,000시간 이상 쌓은 후 Type-Rated 경력 부기장으로 재지원할 수 있습니다.
Type-Rated 부기장: 다른 항공사에서 기장(Captain)으로 승격된 경우 기장 직군으로 재지원할 수 있습니다.
기장: 마지막 인터뷰 이후 추가로 최소 2,000시간 이상의 PIC(기장 비행시간)를 쌓은 후 재지원할 수 있습니다.

Non-Type Rated First Officers: May reapply as Type-Rated experienced First Officers after obtaining a minimum of 1,000 hours of jet experience in commercial airline operations.
Type-Rated First Officers: May reapply as Captains after being upgraded to a captain position in another airline.
Captains: May reapply after accumulating at least 2,000 additional Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours following their last interview.
